🤍 About Me
Hi, I’m Anna—the heart, soul, and slightly sleep-deprived mama behind Anna Klae Photography.
I’m based in Central Mississippi, where I’m raising two wild little boys, homeschooling, dreaming of land and goats, and spending golden hour with a camera in hand. I’m a proud wife, a faith-driven woman, and someone who finds deep joy in freezing time for families just like mine.
My love for photography started with a little digital camera and a big heart for storytelling—but everything changed when I got my first DSLR in 2014. Since then, I’ve poured myself into learning and growing. It’s more than just a job to me—it’s a calling.
I spent four years living in the Kansas City area, but home pulled us back to Mississippi in the summer of 2024. This is where my roots are—where I fell in love with the Western lifestyle, where my family’s stories were shaped, and where I first found magic in muddy boots, wide open skies, and the bond between horse and rider.
My rodeo photography journey began when I started traveling with my husband to bull riding clinics and rodeos. I’d bring my camera, not expecting much, but the spark caught fire. People started encouraging me to make it more than a hobby—and I haven’t looked back.
While I still love the Western world that shaped me, my focus today is a little broader (and a little softer). Maternity, birth, and newborn moments. Wild family sessions full of giggles and chaos. Intimate weddings and creative mini sessions that let your personality shine. I’m not here for stiff poses or awkward smiles—I’m here for connection, warmth, and emotion.
When I’m not editing late into the night with coffee in hand, you’ll find me baking with my boys, walking barefoot in the yard, or planning our someday homestead. I believe in preserving the good stuff—your milestones, your messes, your memories—and turning them into something you’ll treasure forever.
Thanks for stopping by, I’d love to get to know you and help tell your story.
